1. Files you upload

Files you upload are processed on our servers solely to perform the requested operation (compress, merge, split, convert). They are automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload and are never stored permanently, shared, or used for any other purpose.

2. Data we collect

We collect minimal data to operate the service:

• Anonymous usage token (stored in your browser) to track daily free operations.
• Operation type and file size (no file content) for service analytics.
• Payment details processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see your card number.
• Page views and interactions via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP).

3. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to store your anonymous usage token. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Supabase — encrypted database hosted in the EU (eu-west-2).
• Railway — backend infrastructure.
• Vercel — frontend hosting.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage statistics.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we store only anonymous tokens and no PII by default, there is typically nothing to request. Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related request.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
