Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using QuickPDF ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickPDF provides browser-based PDF utilities (compress, merge, split, convert). The free tier allows 3 operations per day per IP. Paid plans (Credits and Pro) unlock additional operations as described on the Pricing page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content you do not own.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits (one-time purchase) are non-refundable once consumed. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Unused credits do not expire.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. QuickPDF's interface, branding, and underlying software are owned by QuickPDF and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that processed files will meet your expectations. Always keep backups of important files before processing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPDF's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
